Shirataki Stir-fry
Ingredients:
- 1 package JFC IKI SHIRATAKI BLACK (16 oz.), drained and coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced
- 2 Age(Tofu pouch), cut into match stick size
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons KIKKOMAN SOY SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons KIKKOMAN MANJO AJI MIRIN
- 1 Carrot, coarsely shredded
Directions:
1. Heat large frying pan, preferably nonstick, over high heat.
2. Add vegetable oil, coat pan.
3. Add JFC IKI SHIRATAKI BALCK (16 oz.), and minced fresh ginger root, stir-fry 3 minutes, or until moisture is evaporated.
4. Add Age(Tofu pouch), granulated sugar, KIKKOMAN SOY SAUCE and KIKKOMAN MANJO AJI MIRIN, stir-fry 1 minute.
5. Mix in carrot, cook and stir 1 minute longer.
