Asian Chicken Salad
Shred chicken. Combine chicken, cabbage, green onions & tops and coriander in large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, add vinegar and sesame oil; toss well. Equally divide onto four individual serving plates. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 main dish servings, about 1-3/4 cups each.
