Asian Chicken Salad


Ingredients:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cooled
  • 1 quart (packed) shredded Napa cabbage
  • 3/4 cup chopped green onions & tops
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1/4 cup Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Dynasty Sesame Oil


Directions:
Shred chicken. Combine chicken, cabbage, green onions & tops and coriander in large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, add vinegar and sesame oil; toss well. Equally divide onto four individual serving plates. Serve immediately.


Servings:
Makes 4 main dish servings, about 1-3/4 cups each.
