Avocado and Salmon Wasabi Mayo Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. J-Basket crunchy wasabi furikake with granola
  • 5.5 oz. sashimi-grade salmon
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 6 to 8 green pitted olives
  • 3 Tbsp. Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
Directions
  1. Slice the salmon into ½ inch thick pieces. Peel the avocado and remove the seed, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix together J-Basket crunchy wasabi furikake with granola, mayonnaise, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add  salmon, avocado, and olives to the wasabi mayonnaise and stir until  well-coated. Plate and serve.
