Baked Pok Pok Wings

Cook Time: 1 hour 20 mins

  • 1/2 cup Dynasty Fish Sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Oil Spray
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 lbs chicken wings & drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, sugar and crushed garlic. Set aside to toss wings in after they are cooked.
  3. Pat wings dry and toss them in a bowl in baking soda and salt mix, then place them skin-side up on a large baking sheet. Make sure you spray the rack with oil first to avoid sticking.
  4. Bake at 250 for 30 min to render the fat, then crank up the heat to 425 and cook for another 40 - 50 mins until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove wings from the oven and toss in the mixture and some chopped parsley.
