- Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the dark soy sauce, turmeric, cumin, coriander, half of the brown sugar, and garlic powder to a bowl. Mix to combine. Toss the tofu together with the spice mixture and allow it to marinate for 5 minutes.
- Place the tofu onto the prepared baking sheet. And bake for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, add the peanut butter, J-Basket coconut milk, Kikkoman soy sauce, Nishiki rice vinegar, J-basket Sesame Oil, ginger, chili garlic sauce, Thai chili pepper flakes, and remaining half of the brown sugar to a bowl. Mix to combine.
- When the tofu is done cooking, brush the tops with the peanut sauce and bake for 5 minutes. Flip the tofu onto the other side and brush with the peanut sauce. Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove the tofu from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
