- Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse in cold water. You can keep the tails on if you desire.
- In a small bowl, mix together chopped garlic, Dynasty Hot Chili Oil, red pepper flakes, olive oil, chopped cilantro, salt and pepper. Toss the shrimp into the bowl, coating them well.
- Skewer ingredients, alternating between shrimp and pineapple wedges. You can pre-soak wooden skewers to avoid them from catching fire.
- Fire up the grill. When hot, lay down shrimp skewers and cook for about 1-2 mins per side. When the shrimp are pink and have nice grill marks, take them off and set aside. Take the rest of the mix from the bowl and pour it over the cooked shrimp skewers.
- Top with fresh cilantro and serve right away.
