- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the eggs, coconut milk, almond milk, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until slightly frothy. Mix Jbasket Black Sesame, mochiko flour, and baking powder in the ground.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the Jbasket Black Sesame Seeds on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. The top will be slightly brown.
- Allow the mochi brownie to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
