Bun Cha Gio with Fish Sauce


Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 20 minute

  • 5 Oz. Rice Noodles, adjust to your liking
  • ⅔  Cup Bean Sprouts
  • ½  Cup Chopped Lettuce
  • ½  Cup Chopped Cucumber
  • ½ Cup of Carrot and radish, thinly sliced into matchsticks
  • 4 Vegan Egg rolls, cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp Croutons
  • 2 Tbsp Fried onions or shallots
  • Cilantro, chopped

Nước Chấm Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp. Dynasty Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tsp. Lime juice
  • 1 Thai Chili, finely chopped
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions or until tender.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: in a small bowl, combine the Dynasty Fish Sauce, sugar, water, minced garlic, lime juice, and chili. Taste and adjust spiciness and sweetness to your liking.
  3. Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a large serving bowl.
  4. Top with bean sprouts, chopped lettuce, chopped cucumber, and carrot/radish matchsticks. Arrange the sliced egg roll on top of the noodles.
  5. Top with the roasted peanuts, croutons, fried onions, and chopped Cilantro.
  6. Pour in the nước chấm sauce and stir to combine everything. Serve immediately!
