Chicken Lettuce Wraps

duration

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings
2
Ingredients
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Nishiki rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon J-Basket roasted black sesame
  • ½ cup Dynasty Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
Directions
  1. In a small bowl mix together the sauce ingredients and whisk well. Use about half of the sauce to marinade the chicken and the rest to add later. You can do this ahead of time, or not marinade at all, it’s your call. Even just a couple hours in a zip lock back, or over night if you have time. The longer the better.
  2. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook your chicken breasts until cooked though. When they are cooked pop them off and let cool. Chop them into little squares the throw them back in the pan along with your mixture and let cook for another 5 or so minutes until everything is nice and flavorful.
  3. Turn the heat to low and let stay warm while you prepare your lettuce. Take your bibs of lettuce and lay them out on a serving dish. You can make as many as you think you’ll need for your chicken mixture. Scoop about 2-3 spoonfuls on to each bib. Top them with black sesame seeds and serve immediately while still nice and warm.
