Chili Oil Egg Avocado Toast

Total time: 15 minutes

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 2 tsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 4 tsp Dynasty Hot Chili Oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced for garnish
  • 1 bunch of dill for garnish
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot. Add the eggs. Cook to the degree you prefer, sunny side up, over easy, or well done. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Spread the avocado slices over each piece of toast. Top with the fried egg.
  3. Drizzle each toast with 1/2 teaspoon of Kikkoman Soy Sauce and 1 teaspoon of Dynasty Hot Chili Oil
  4. Garnish with green onions and dill. Enjoy!
