- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Cut the banana into about half-inch slices.
- Place the egg roll / spring roll wraps on the counter. Put 1-2 banana slices on each wrap, then scoop one teaspoon of Chocolate Hazelnut Spread on the banana.
- In a small dish, beat the egg with one tablespoon of water. Wet the two sides off the wrap with your finger, then fold it over the filling to create a triangle. Pinch the edges to seal. Place the triangle egg roll / spring roll on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Brush the egg wash over the top and bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
