Chocolate Banana Triangles

  • 1-2 bananas
  • 12 Dynasty Egg Roll / Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 6 Tbsp. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 egg
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Cut the banana into about half-inch slices.
  3. Place the egg roll / spring roll wraps on the counter. Put 1-2 banana slices on each wrap, then scoop one teaspoon of Chocolate Hazelnut Spread on the banana.
  4. In a small dish, beat the egg with one tablespoon of water. Wet the two sides off the wrap with your finger, then fold it over the filling to create a triangle. Pinch the edges to seal. Place the triangle egg roll / spring roll on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  5. Brush the egg wash over the top and bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
