Coconut Milk Pancake

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 ¼ cup J-Basket Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit
  • Maple syrup
Directions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and then do the same for the wet.
  2. Slowly add the wet into the dry while mixing. Once batter is blended you are ready to make the pancakes.
  3. Make 1 at a time on a hot buttered griddle. Once you have 3-4 plate them, top with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
