Creamy Miso Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  • 6-8 corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp J-Basket Miso Dressing
  • ⅓ cup fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
Directions
  1. Shuck the corn, but keeping the husks on.
  2. Grill the corn on medium high heat, rolling often for about 5 minutes until charred and cooked.
  3. Take corn off the grill and drizzle the J-Basket Miso Dressing
  4. Plate them and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
