Creamy Miso Grilled Corn on the Cob
- 6-8 corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp J-Basket Miso Dressing
- ⅓ cup fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
- Shuck the corn, but keeping the husks on.
- Grill the corn on medium high heat, rolling often for about 5 minutes until charred and cooked.
- Take corn off the grill and drizzle the J-Basket Miso Dressing
- Plate them and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
