Crispy Crab Rangoon


Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 2-5 minutes

  • 5 oz. canned crab meat, drained
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 green onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 18 Dynasty wonton wrappers
  • oil for frying
  • Dynasty Chinese style mustard (for dipping)
  • Dynasty sweet & hot mustard (for dipping)
  • Dynasty sweet and sour sauce (for dipping)
  1. Preheat 1 inch of oil to 325°F over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, gently combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Layout 3 wonton wrappers at a time. Place 2 teaspoons of the filling in the center of each. Dab the edges with water and fold the two opposite corners together to form a triangle. Continue until all of your filling is used up.
  4. Drop the wontons into the hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until brown and crispy. (Putting them in an air fryer might also work!) Drain on paper towels and enjoy with your favorite Dynasty sauce!
