Curry-flavored Minced Pork Rice


【Curry-flavored Soy Sauce Pork】

  • 450 g of Block of pork belly
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 100g Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable oil


  • 1 Tbsp S&B Oriental Curry Powder
  • 2 or 3 Star anise
  • 1/2 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 (cut in half) Red chili pepper
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper (coarsely ground)


  • 3 Tbsp White wine
  • 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 Boiled eggs
  • 3 stalks of bok choy
  • Rice as needed
  1. Prepare the 【Curry-flavored Soy Sauce Pork】.

    1. Cut the pork into 1 to 1.5 cm pieces. Boil the pork for 40 to 50 minutes. Save the water left over from boiling the pork. After cooling, take out the pork and cut it into sticks.
    2. Crush the garlic. Mince the onions.
    3. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry ②. Once they are cooked, add the pork and 【A】 and stir-fry. When the ingredients are well-blended, add white wine and bring it to a boil.   3. Boil the bok choy keeping its fresh green color and cut it into easy-to-eat sizes.
