¼ cup assorted nuts, chopped (pistachios, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
Chocolate syrup for topping (approx. 4 tsp.)
Directions
Cut kadaif noodles into approx. 1-inch-long pieces. Melt butter in a skillet and cook the kadaif noodles on medium until golden brown.
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together browned kadaif noodles, pistachio paste, and chopped nuts.
Frost the crust and outer ¼ edge of the top of each mille crepe slice with chocolate syrup, then spoon on the kadaif and nut mixture over the frosted sections.
Plate the mille crepe and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Decorate the plate with additional chocolate syrup and nuts if desired.
