Ingredients
  • 2 cups Dynasty Jasmine Rice, cooked (preferably day-old)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Dynasty Duck Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Diced cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu
  • Sliced green onions,  J-Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds
Directions
  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. Of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and diced carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Add the minced garlic and frozen peas to the skillet. Continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add desired protein to the skillet at this point and cook until heated through.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spoon or spatula. Stir-fry the rice with the vegetables and protein for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the Dynasty Duck Sauce and Kikkoman Soy Sauce. Pour the sauce mixture over the fried rice in the skillet. Stir well to distribute the sauce evenly.
  6. Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet and toss everything together until the fried rice is coated in the sauce and heated through.
  7. Taste the fried rice and adjust the seasoning with Salt and pepper if needed. Garnish the Duck Sauce Fried Rice with sliced green onions and  J-Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds before serving.
