Place the slice of "Orange" milk swiss roll flat on a plate. Top with custard flan, caramel sauce-side up.
Thinly spread part of the whipped cream around the edge of the swiss roll. Decorate by sticking the strawberries to the whipped cream around the cake's edge.
Dollop the remaining whipped cream on top of the flan and top with a whole strawberry. Garnish with mint leaves as desired.
