Gluten Free Stuffing

  • 6 cups GF bread, small cubes
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped sage, thyme, rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • ½ cup Dynasty GF Panko
  1. Saute the onion, garlic, and celery in a large pot with butter. Cook that for a few minutes and then, add bread cubes, seasonings, and chicken stock. Mix together.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour out the stuffing into the dish. Top with some Gluten-Free Panko and a few pieces of butter.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until top is golden brown and crispy. Serve right away while nice and hot.
