Green Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup Nishiki Rice Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 thai chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 green papaya, shredded
  • 1 large carrot, julienne
  • 1 english cucumber, julienne
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves, for garnish
  • 3 tsp J-Basket Roasted White Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Directions
  1. Whisk the rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic cloves, and chili pepper together in a small bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the papaya, carrot, cucumber, and the dressing.
  3. Toss the vegetables with the dressing until they are completely coated.
