Grilled Baby Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce

Cook Time: 10 minutes

  • 6-8 baby bok choy
  • 1 tablespoons Dynasty Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dynasty sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. When water is boiling, throw in your bok choy and blanche for 30 seconds. As soon as they start to wilt, take them out to drain and set aside.
  2. In a small pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil, garlic, oyster sauce, white pepper, and honey. Mix well and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Plate your bok choy and then, pour the sauce over them. Top with crushed peanuts. Serve immediately.
