Ground Pork Ramen

Total time: 25 minutes

  • 2 lbs JBasket Amber Pork
  • 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup enoki mushrooms, trimmed
  • 1 cup shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
  • 6 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. ginger paste
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic paste or fresh chopped garlic
  • 5 scallions (green parts only), sliced on the diagonal
  • 2 tsp Dynasty Sriracha
  • 6 oz J-Basket Ramen Noodles, cooked and drained
  • Garnish: boiled egg, nori, green onions, sprouts, cayenne pepper
  1. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the JBasket Amber Pork until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain the fat. Set aside.
  2. In a large soup pot, combine broth, mushrooms, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, ginger, garlic, scallions and Dynasty Sriracha. Bring to a boil and lower to maintain simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. On a separate pot, follow the instruction to cook the J-Basket ramen noodles.
  4. Stir in J-Basket Ramen Noodles and pork into the soup.
  5. Serve immediately garnished with egg, nori, green onions, sprouts and cayenne pepper.
