Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ pound Flank steak
  • ¾ cup Dynasty Hoisin Sauce
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Nishiki rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dynasty sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • One package of 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 5 Radishes, sliced
  • 5 Green onions, sliced
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dynasty Hoisin Sauce, BBQ sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Pour about half of the sauce over the flank steak, rub in, and reserve the remaining half as a glaze after the steak is cooked and sliced.
  2. Allow steak to marinate for about 20-30 minutes
  3. Heat a grill pan on high heat until very hot; add a drizzle of vegetable oil, and when it begins to smoke slightly, add the marinated flank steak and cook for about 4 ½ - 5 minutes per side, for medium rare; once the steak is cooked, remove from pan onto a clean platter, and allow steak to rest for about 10-15 minutes lightly tented with foil.
  4. Once the steak has rested, slice it into thin strips against the grain for tender results; coat the slices in the reserved Smoky Hoisin sauce.
  5. Slice the 12 Hawaiian rolls in half; add equal portions of the steak to one half of each Hawaiian roll, and top the steak with 3 or 4 slices of the radishes and sprinkle with green onions. Gently press the top half of the Hawaiian roll onto the radishes and steak.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
