Jaban Nori Pasta

Ingredients
  • 100g pasta
  • 25g J-Basket Korean Jaban Nori seaweed flakes (set 5g aside for garnish)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of red crushed pepper
Directions
  1. Boil a pot of salted water.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on the package.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, red crushed pepper, and Jaban Nori seaweed flakes.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan, mix well, and serve with remaining seaweed flakes on top.
