Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 cup packed cold day-old cooked rice
  • 7 oz J-basket kimchi
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • ½ Tbsp Dynasty sesame oil
  • 3 slices of chashu
  • J-basket crunchy furikake as garnish
  • Kewpie mayonnaise as garnish
  • Green onion as garnish
Directions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking oil and sesame oil.
  2. Add kimchi and stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Add cold rice to the pan, breaking up any remaining clumps with spatula so rice are evenly coated and heated through.
  4. Top the rice with a garnish and serve with seared chashu.
