Kung Pao Chicken


2 hours for marinade + 15 minutes for cooking

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • ½ cup Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce for marinade + ½ cup for cooking
  • ¼ cup copped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty sesame oil
  • ¼ cup dried red chilis
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts
  • Rice, for serving
  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and place in a mixing bowl along with the Dynasty Kung Pao sauce, and sliced green onion. Let that marinade in the fridge for a few hours before cooking.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Add in the dried red chilies and cook down for 2 minutes. Add in the chopped bell peppers then the sliced garlic.
  3. Add in the chicken along with the remaining Dynasty Kung Pao sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through then add in the crushed peanuts.
  5. Top with sliced green onion and serve with a side of white rice.
