Kung Pao Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/3 cup Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)
Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with 1/3 cup Dynasty Kung Pao Sauce and Kikkoman Soy Sauce. Toss to coat and let marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. While the shrimp are cooking, warm the flour tortillas either in a dry skillet or by wrapping them in a damp towel and microwaving for 30 seconds.
  4. In each tortilla, add a layer of shredded cabbage and carrots. Place a few cooked shrimp on top of the veggies. Sprinkle with green onions and garnish with fresh peanuts and cilantro.
  5. Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for an extra squeeze of citrusy freshness.
