Marinade the chicken legs in large freezer back with the sesame oil, lemon juice, zest, parsley, salt and pepper. Place in the fridge to marinate for a few hours.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Take the chicken out and let come to room temperature before cooking.
Heat the cast iron skillet with some olive oil and sear the chicken on both sides. 2 mins per side until the skin starts to look golden brown.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through and the skin is a crispy golden brown.
Take out and serve with some lemon slices and fresh chopped parsley.
