Lychee Pomegranate Sangria


Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • 1 pomegranate, using the arils
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ up Dynasty Lychee juice + lychees
  • ½ cup brandy
  • 1 pear, sliced for garnish
  • Club soda to taste
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
  1. Place the cut pear and pomegranate arils, lychee juice and a handful of lychees in a pitcher.
  2. Add the wine, brandy and pomegranate juice. Refrigerate that for a few hours until chilled.
  3. Taste it and see if it’s sweet enough for you. If not, add some more lychee juice.
  4. Grab a large stemless wine glass and pour the sangria with the fruit into the glass. Top off with club soda and garnish with a cinnamon stick and more fruit if you desire.
