Lychee Sake Lime Fizz

Ingredients
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 oz honey
  • 3 oz syrup from can
  • 4 Dynasty lychees and also some for garnish
  • 1 shot of Sayuri Nigori Sake
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Club Soda
Directions
  1. Muddle mint leaves, lychees as well as the syrup from the can into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the honey, Sake and lime juice then shake it well with ice.
  3. Strain the liquid into two glasses with ice.
  4. Add as splash of club soda to each glass.
  5. Top them off with a tooth pick of a lime wedge and a couple lychees
