Matcha Mille Crepe with Azuki

Ingredients
  • 1 slices Vanilla Orange Mille Crepe
  • ¼ tsp matcha powder
  • 3 boiled sweet red beans (azuki)
  • 2 tsp whipped cream
Directions
  1. Frost the top of the mille crepe with a thin layer of whipped cream.
  2. Plate the mille crepe. With a tea strainer or powder sifter sprinkle matcha powder over the crepe and dish.
  3. Dollop the remainder of the whipped cream on the top of the crepe and top with 3 sweet red beans.
