For the Noodles:

  • 400g ramen noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dynasty Hot Chili Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Nishiki rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar


  • 1 cup J-Basket Ground Amber Pork or protein of choice
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs, halved
  • J-Basket Nori seaweed, shredded (optional)
  • J-Basket roasted white sesame seeds seeds for garnish
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Dynasty Hot Chili Oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. In the same pan, add vegetable oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and toss until well-coated. Divide the sauced noodles among serving bowls. Top with ground pork, chopped green onions, shredded cabbage, soft-boiled eggs, nori seaweed (if using), and sesame seeds. Drizzle extra Dynasty Hot Chili Oil on top if you desire more heat
