Total time: 30 minutes

Servings

Ingredients
  • 1package JBasket Mini Meat Patties
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup Dynasty Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Shredded cabbage for serving
  • Nishiki Cooked Rice for serving
Directions
  1. Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Arrange your ingredients on individual plates/bowls - JBasket Mini Meat Patties, flour, beaten egg, and panko. Place a new plate/cutting board next to the panko.
  3. Cover a patty with the flour, then dunk in the egg, followed by the Dynasty Panko Bread Crumbs. Place it on the new plate/cutting board. Repeat for the rest of the patties.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or a shallow pot over medium-low heat to 320F
  5. Add patties to the Oil gently in 2-3 batches. Fry for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom half of the cutlet is golden brown. Turn it over and fry it for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess Oil.
  6. Serve while hot with cabbage, Nishiki Cooked Rice, and dipping sauce.
