Mother's Day Roll

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Nishiki Rice
  • ¼ cup Nishiki sushi seasoning vinegar
  • 1 soy wrapper (pink)
  • 1 strip of tuna
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cucumber
  • Red masago as garnish
Directions
  1. Prepare sushi rice
  2. Cut avocado and cucumber into thin slices
  3. Place rice on soy wrapper, and add tuna, avocado, and cucumber on rice
  4. Roll gently then cut, place them on plate and add red masago on top
