Mushroom Bruschetta

Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup dry red wine
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dynasty oyster sauce
  • Brie cheese, cut into thin slices
  • 1 sourdough loaf cut into slices and then in halves.
  • Parsley, chopped for garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a skillet heat the butter and then add in the chopped mushrooms and cook down for a few minutes.
  3. Then add the minced garlic and the ¼ cup red wine. Let the wine reduce and cook down with the mushrooms for 10 minutes on medium/low heat.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, dried parsley.
  5. Cook until the mushrooms are a deep brown and soft then add in the oyster sauce and mix that in. Take off heat.
  6. Cut the brie cheese into slices and place it onto a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the brie.
  7. Take out and top each piece with the mushrooms. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve right away while warm.
