Mushroom Bruschetta

Ingredients
1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup dry red wine
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Dynasty oyster sauce
Brie cheese, cut into thin slices
1 sourdough loaf cut into slices and then in halves.
Parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a skillet heat the butter and then add in the chopped mushrooms and cook down for a few minutes.
Then add the minced garlic and the ¼ cup red wine. Let the wine reduce and cook down with the mushrooms for 10 minutes on medium/low heat.
Season with salt, black pepper, dried parsley.
Cook until the mushrooms are a deep brown and soft then add in the oyster sauce and mix that in. Take off heat.
Cut the brie cheese into slices and place it onto a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the brie.
Take out and top each piece with the mushrooms. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve right away while warm.
