Plum Sauce Steak Sandwich

  • 10 Oz. Ribeye steak, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Maille Dijon Originale Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Dynasty Plum Sauce
  • Handful of arugula
  • Pickled red onions
  • 2 baguettes, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  1. Rub the oil, salt, and pepper onto the steak.
  2. In a cast iron pan, sear the ribeye steak for roughly 5 minutes on each side. Set aside to finish cooking and cool.
  3. Slice the steak into half-inch strips and slice the baguettes in half.
  4. Start with spreading the Maille Dijon Originale Mustard, then top with lettuce, a few slices of roast beef, and finish off with some pickled red onions.
  5. Finish by spreading the Dynasty Plum Sauce on the top half of the bread.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
