Pork with Water Chestnuts & Greens

  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil (or any high smoke point oil)
  • ½ lb salted pork, cubes
  • 2 cups bok choy
  • ½ cup Dynasty water chestnuts
  • 1 Tsp. J-Basket roasted white sesame seeds
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. When hot add in the salted pork and let crisp up for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Lower the heat and then add in the roughly chopped bok choy.
  3. Let that cook down for another 2 minutes and then add in the Dynasty water chestnuts and give a few tosses mixing everything together.
  4. Place in a serving bowl and top with sesame seeds.
