- Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. When hot add in the salted pork and let crisp up for 3-5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and then add in the roughly chopped bok choy.
- Let that cook down for another 2 minutes and then add in the Dynasty water chestnuts and give a few tosses mixing everything together.
- Place in a serving bowl and top with sesame seeds.
