Prosciutto and Onion Wasabi Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. J-Basket crunchy wasabi furikake with granola
  • 1.75 oz. prosciutto
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ of a Japanese cucumber
  • ¼ of an onion
  • ¼ of a yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
Directions
  1. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Core the bell pepper and dice into roughly ½ inch pieces. Dice the cucumber and onion into ½ inch pieces as well.
  2. In a  mixing bowl, combine -Basket crunchy wasabi furikake with granola, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and  sugar.
  3. Mix in prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper, then stir  until well-coated. Plate and serve.
