2 Tbsp. J-Basket crunchy wasabi furikake with granola
1.75 oz. prosciutto
8 cherry tomatoes
½ of a Japanese cucumber
¼ of an onion
¼ of a yellow bell pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Directions
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Core the bell pepper and dice into roughly ½ inch pieces. Dice the cucumber and onion into ½ inch pieces as well.
In a mixing bowl, combine -Basket crunchy wasabi furikake with granola, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and sugar.
Mix in prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper, then stir until well-coated. Plate and serve.
