  • 1 Oz lime juice
  • 0.75 Oz honey
  • 2 Oz sparkling water
  • Ice
  • lime and mint as garnish
Directions
  1. Add ice cubes to a glass.
  2. Pour lime juice, honey, and Ozeki Junmai Sake
  3. Top with sparkling water garnish with lime and mint
