Savory Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 1¾ oz. (1/10 lb.) slab bacon
  • ¼ cup scallions, sliced
  • 12/3  cups warm, cooked rice
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of pepper
  • 3 tbsp. J-Basket crunchy garlic furikake with granola
  • 1 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
Directions
  1. Cut  the slab bacon into ¼ inch cubes. Mix warm rice, beaten eggs, and oyster  sauce together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour  cooking oil in a skillet and heat on medium. Add the bacon cubes and cook  until browned. Add rice mixture to the skillet and stir-fry, using a spatula  to toss and separate the rice to ensure even cooking.
  3. Once  the eggs have cooked, add the scallions and mix together. Add salt, pepper,  and J-Basket crunchy garlic furikake with granola, then stir-fry until  golden.
  4. Increase  to high heat and add soy sauce to the fried rice by pouring it around the  edge of the skillet. Quickly stir together, then plate.
