3 tbsp. J-Basket crunchy garlic furikake with granola
1 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
Directions
Cut the slab bacon into ¼ inch cubes. Mix warm rice, beaten eggs, and oyster sauce together in a large bowl.
Pour cooking oil in a skillet and heat on medium. Add the bacon cubes and cook until browned. Add rice mixture to the skillet and stir-fry, using a spatula to toss and separate the rice to ensure even cooking.
Once the eggs have cooked, add the scallions and mix together. Add salt, pepper, and J-Basket crunchy garlic furikake with granola, then stir-fry until golden.
Increase to high heat and add soy sauce to the fried rice by pouring it around the edge of the skillet. Quickly stir together, then plate.
