Cut butternut squash into small 1 inch pieces then place them in a bowl with a teaspoon of sesame oil and salt and pepper. Toss them and then place on a greased baking sheet. Roast them for 20-30 minutes until then are soft, but still have their square shape.
When the squash are ready take them out and then place a small piece of goat cheese on top then prosciutto and finally a little basil leave. Place a toothpick or small skewer through them all holding it all together. Serve in a tray or board.
