Shoyu Shirataki Ramen

Ingredients
  • ½ bag J-Basket white shirataki
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 Slices of chashu braised pork loin
  • Sliced scallions for garnish
  • 1 serving Wakou #2 Tokyo Shoyu Ramen soup base
  • Boiling water (amt. specified on ramen base packet for 1 serving
Directions
  1. Cut  the shirataki noodles into a length that is easy to eat. Fill a saucepan with  water and bring to a boil. Add the shirataki noodles and boil for 1 minute.  Drain.
  2. Mix  ramen base & boiling water together in a large ramen bowl following  package directions. Add boiled shirataki noodles.
  3. Top with a 2 hard-boiled egg halves and chashu boiled pork slices, then  sprinkle with scallions.
