Soft Shell Crab Ramen

Ingredients
  • 1 pc WelPac Colossal Soft Shell Crab
  • ½ cup WelPac Tempura Batter Mix
  • ½ ice cold water
  • 1 pack Myojo Natural Tonkotsu Ramen noodle
  • 2 tbs Wakou Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
  • Kizami Ginger as garnish
  • Green onion as garnish
Directions
  1. Thaw soft-shell crab completely and pat dry thoroughly.    
  2. Prepare batter by mixing with cold water. Dip the crab in the batter and deep-fry for 2 minutes.    
  3. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.    
  4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the Tonkotsu broth.    
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.
