1 pc WelPac Colossal Soft Shell Crab
½ cup WelPac Tempura Batter Mix
½ ice cold water
1 pack Myojo Natural Tonkotsu Ramen noodle
2 tbs Wakou Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Kizami Ginger as garnish
Green onion as garnish
Directions
Thaw soft-shell crab completely and pat dry thoroughly.
Prepare batter by mixing with cold water. Dip the crab in the batter and deep-fry for 2 minutes.
Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the Tonkotsu broth.
Garnish and serve immediately.
