Soy Glazed Chicken


Total Time: 40 minutes

  • ¼ cup Dynasty Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Nishiki Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 ½ tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp. Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • ¾ tsp. Chinese Five Spice
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • sliced green onion, for topping
  • Optional: 2 cups Dynasty Jasmine Rice to serve
  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Add the Dynasty Hoisin Sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and Chinese five spice to a bowl. Mix to combine. Pour half of the sauce into a separate bowl.
  3. Place the chicken breasts onto the prepared baking sheet. Use the sauce in one bowl to coat the chicken breasts. Place it in the oven to bake for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Use the remaining sauce in the other bowl to baste the chicken breasts halfway through.
  4. When the chicken is done cooking, change the oven setting to broil. Baste the chicken breasts with the sauce then broil for about 3-5 minutes until slightly charred and the sauce is bubbling.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve over your favorite Dynasty White / Brown Jasmine Rice. Top with green onions and enjoy!
