Soymilk Udon Carbonara Noodles

Ingredients
  • 7 oz dried or 16 oz frozen J-Basket udon noodles
  • 2 oz of ½ thick inch sliced bacon
  • 2½ oz thinly sliced onion
  • ½ grated parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper

Broth:

  • 3 Tbsp Kikkoman hon tsuyu
  • 1 cup Kikkoman unsweetened soymilk
Directions
  1. Boil Udon noodles according to the package instructions, rinse in cold water and drain in astrainer.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced bacon and onion and fry.
  3. Mix broth ingredient and add udon noodles and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with cheese and black pepper
