- Cook the frozenJ-Basket udon noodles as directed and then drain and set aside.
- Saute the onion, pepper and smashed garlic in a little olive oil. Cook until soft and then add in the steak slices. Cook for 3-5 more minutes until the steak is cooked through.
- Add in the soy sauce, chili sauce and toss in the udon noodles. Let the noodles get coated in the sauce for a few minutes and then place into the bowl.
- Top noodles with red pepper flakes, sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
