Spicy Beef Udon Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen J-Basket Udon noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 Orange pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • ½ lb flank steak, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman aromatic soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp. red chili sauce
  • 1 Tsp. red chili sauce
  • ½ Tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ Tsp J-Basket black sesame seeds / J-Basket sriracha sesame seed
  • 2 green onions, sliced
Directions
  1. Cook the frozenJ-Basket udon noodles as directed and then drain and set aside.
  2. Saute the onion, pepper and smashed garlic in a little olive oil. Cook until soft and then add in the steak slices. Cook for 3-5 more minutes until the steak is cooked through.
  3. Add in the soy sauce, chili sauce and toss in the udon noodles. Let the noodles get coated in the sauce for a few minutes and then place into the bowl.
  4. Top noodles with red pepper flakes, sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
