Spicy Chicken Noodle

  • 1 Tbsp. Dynasty Sesame Oil
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp.  Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dynasty Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp.  grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • In a large pot, heat Dynasty Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add sliced chicken breasts to the pot until browned and cooked for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add Kikkoman Soy Sauce and Dynasty Sriracha Chili Sauce to the broth, stirring to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Add mushrooms and spinach to the broth and cook until softened.
  • Meanwhile, cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and divide them into serving bowls.
  • Ladle the spicy chicken broth over the cooked noodles in each bowl. Garnish each bowl with sliced green onions and a halved boiled egg.
