Spicy Hawaiian Teriyaki Burger

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef ⠀
  • 1 Tbsp salt ⠀
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper ⠀
  • 4 Tbsp spicy teriyaki sauce ⠀
  • 4 pineapple rings ⠀
  • 4 burger buns ⠀
  • 4 slices red onion ⠀
  • 4 slices provolone cheese ⠀
  • Cilantro for garnish⠀
  • ¼ cup honey mustard ⠀
  • Cilantro for garnish
Directions
  1. In a bowl mix together ground beef, salt, black pepper, and spicy teriyaki sauce. Divide the meat into 4 patties and mold them using your hands. ⠀
  2. Grill the burgers over a medium heat also adding the pineapple slices, and onion slices to the grill. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side. Flipping burgers, onions and pineapple over. ⠀
  3. Place a slice of cheese on each patty in the last minute of the cooking time.⠀
  4. Begin building burgers by spreading mustard on each side, adding cheesy patty, onion, pineapple and cilantro.
