Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Dynasty Chinese Mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices for topping
Directions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Dynasty Chinese Mustard, honey, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, and hot sauce. Adjust the hot sauce quantity according to your desired spice level.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the spicy honey mustard sauce, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
  4. In a skillet or grill pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. During the last few minutes of cooking, baste the chicken with extra spicy honey mustard sauce for added flavor.
  6. Toast the burger buns lightly. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a cooked chicken breast. Top with tomato slices and red onion slices
