Sweet Pork Loin with Chinese-Style Mustard


Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • Pork loin
  • 1 cup Dynasty Chinese Mustard
  • ½ raw honey
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Season your pork loin with salt, pepper and rosemary and coat with a little olive oil.
  2. In a saucepan blend all your marinade ingredients and keep on low heat to keep them warm, mixing well.
  3. Place your pork loin into the oven on a small greased baking dish. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes.  
  4. When the loin is sizzling and looks nice and cooked take it out and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing it up. Place the slices in a line on a platter and pour your sauce over the top. Serve right away.
